I have been in the remodeling and construction trade for over 30 years, and have been licensed under Pyramid Remodeling since 2005. I’m experienced at nearly every kind of residential work, from the restoration of classic Victorians to small home repair projects.
I’ve repaired homes that have been damaged by falling trees, designed and built 1000-square-foot tiered cedar sundecks, converted garages & basements into Mother-in-Law apartments, and added 2nd-and 3rd – story additions. I’ve built a two-story garage and apartment combos, and done complete home renovations. I’ve tiled floors, countertops, tubs and showers; done full or partial remodels of kitchens and baths, and replaced doors, windows, and siding. I built an amazing treehouse for my daughter, heated and equipped with TV! I offer plumbing, electrical, drywall and painting services, as well as design work, blueprint preparation, engineering, and permit coordination.
I know how disruptive it is to have one’s home remodeled, so I work hard to keep projects tightly scheduled and on pace, with a minimum of trouble for the homeowner.
